This Privacy Policy explains what information Maverick Innovations LLC ("Maverick Innovations," "we," "us") collects through maverickinnovates.com and through the software services and social-media integrations we operate, how we use and protect that information, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to visitors to our website and to any person or business that authorizes one of our applications to connect to their social-media account.
Our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit the site — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages visited. We use it to keep the site secure and available, and to understand aggregate traffic. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Our applications connect to third-party platforms — including TikTok — through those platforms' official APIs, and only after the owner of the account explicitly authorizes the connection through the platform's own consent screen (OAuth). For a connected TikTok account we receive and store only:
We use these solely to upload video content to the authorizing account as a draft, for that account's owner to review and decide whether to post. We do not collect, request, store, or sell: the account's follower or following lists, direct messages, comments, private analytics, or any information about other users of the platform. We do not use platform data for advertising, for profiling, or to train machine-learning models, and we do not combine it with data obtained from other sources.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Where the GDPR or a similar law applies, we process personal information on the basis of your consent (for social-media account connections, which you may withdraw at any time), the performance of a contract (to deliver services you have engaged us for), our legitimate interests (site security and service improvement), and legal obligation where applicable.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, each bound to use it solely on our behalf and under confidentiality obligations:

We operate from the United States, and information we hold is processed there. If you contact us or authorize a connection from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
All traffic to and from our website and to platform APIs is encrypted in transit using TLS. Access credentials and tokens are stored outside of source control, are restricted to the systems that need them, and are accessible only to authorized personnel on a least-privilege basis. We request the minimum set of permissions (scopes) that the integration actually needs to function. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information using measures appropriate to its sensitivity.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a portable copy, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents have the right to know, delete, and correct their information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising those rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

This site uses only the minimal storage needed for it to function, together with privacy-preserving aggregate analytics provided by our host. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13, or under the minimum age required by a connected platform, whichever is higher. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and material changes will be reflected on this page.
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
